We require a 4 month lease commitment - 3 full months and a security deposit used as the last month’s rent.

Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. This is due with first month’s rent at lease signing.

A written notice must be submitted 30 days before vacating booth. Security deposit will be used for your last month’s rent. Security deposits are non-refundable and must be used.

Vendor payouts are issued on a monthly basis.

Vendor sales sent via e-mail on a daily basis.

No work time required.

State sales tax remitted on a monthly basis under Zionsville Antique Malls tax number.

We have a waiting list. Please ask for current availability. An application form must be submitted with photos of your merchandise, the application can be emailed to zionantiques@aol.com.

 

There is a Flat Commission rate of 10% per item
